The Intellectual Property Society is a group dedicated to the understanding and advancement of intellectual property law at Elon Law. As a group, we intend to study and promote intellectual property, trademark, patent, and other related areas of law, as well as provide the student body with opportunities to learn from experts in the field and apply what they have learned. IPS is also an advocacy organization, working to advance and publicize current issues in IP and related fields and promote the advancement of IP law in its many forms.
